31/03/05 - Walton Travel

As mentioned yesterday no trains are running to Walton on Saturday but a replacement bus service will be running from Tolworth station. Train times that connect with the bus service can be found here. Regarding the bus service i would point out that a similar service was in operation for the Molesey game and it was very well organised. Tolworth Station has a large forecourt and so the busses park on it and each route is signposted, keep an eye out for the possibility of a "Walton Direct" service and that will take you to Walton Train station. As you leave the station walk up Ashley Park Road and then turn right into Stompond lane. A map can be seen here with the station just to the south of it. Information on prices can be found on the official site.

31/03/05 - Take Me Home

It's Just over 10 days before the release of the Everstrong CD Take Me Home so to help it possibly get in the charts and not only raise funds for the Stadium Fund but some Radio and TV publicity for the club click the Link on the left hand side and it will take you to HMV Site and the direct link to pre-order the single.

30/03/05 - Collection Boxes

On Saturday it was the first time that the "WUP Produced Collection boxes" were handed in after they were handed out a week ago, and after the proceeds were counted an excellent £116 was collected it might not sound a lot but based on the number of boxes handed back it a excellent total that will go towards the stadium fund. So if you want to help but don't have a collection box don't worry just bring any change to the collection window and Clair will take it off your hands or you can get a collection box from the back bar. Remember every penny counts.

30/03/05 - Advanced Travel Warning

Just advance warning that no Trains are going to Walton on Saturday I will provide a full travel guide on Thursday evening so that we can all get to the game on Saturday.

29/03/05 - Happy Monday's

So After Good Friday it was a case of Happy Monday's yesterday and a very comftable game of football where we secured promotion. As well as the three goals that we scored we hit the wood work 3 times. Once the final whistle blew it was really nice that the players left the pitch before coming back on for a lap of honour with the whole ground singing "WE ARE WIMBLEDON" Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and it was lovely to see Dave Anderson bring his kids onto the pitch as well.

The Party went on well into the night and I imagine this will be the first of many parties between now and the end of the season.

The Man Of The Match Poll is now open for Monday's game and you can vote by clicking below: -

28/03/05 - Been Here Before

After a 3-0 victory over Dorking thanks to goals from Steve Butler, Sonny Farr and Leon McDowall secured promotion to the Ryman Premier Division but with Walton getting a narrow victory at Molesey it means for the second year running we can win a League in Walton when we play Walton & Hersham away next win. The simple calculation now is that 1 more point sees us champions, or even if we were to lose every remaining game Walton would need to win every game they have left to overtake us.

Full update tomorrow, i'm Shattered but Very Very Happy :)

28/03/05 - Dorking Matchday Service

26/03/05 - Advertising Slogan

If you live in the UK it's a fair chance you have seen various billboards with Advertising Slogans that will be used during the election that looks like it will be announced soon well below is a new one of the theme that I haven't seen yet but I hope people appreciate it.

25/03/05 - Another Step Nearer

This afternoon we took another step close to the title with a 3-1 victory over Banstead after taking the lead through Richard Butler. Banstead leveled the score when Paul Smith gave away a penalty and this was fired in.

Within 4 minutes of Banstead leveling the score Robert Ursell scored again to give us back the lead. and then with just 2 minutes of the half left Steve Butler got to the end of a corner, that he had won for us to make the score 3-1.

In the nice sunshine, the second half was very relaxed although Banstead did press forward a lot for the first 15 minutes although not creating that many major chances and we left with the points.

We now need a variation of 5 Points to be assured of the championships so if Horsham or Walton and Hersham were both to drop points Tomorrow or Monday and we beat Dorking we would be Champions.

The Man Of The Match Vote is now open please click below to vote: -

24/03/05 - Champions Part 1

Tonight the Under 18's won 4-2 against Staines Town to be guaranteed the Eastern Division Title and a place in the playoff's where we will face the winners of the South Division in the semi final stage. With the possibility of Quarter Finals and beyond cup run the season is far from over.

The goals tonight were two from Bradley Drake and one each from Ryan O'Sullivan and Niall Connery. A 1-0 deficit at half time was followed by 3 quick goals that saw us take a 2-1 lead before Staines leveled straight after we had taken the lead. We then went on to secure the victory with a Ryan O'Sullivan goal and the scoring was wrapped up by Niall Connery, although Bradley Drake had a golden chance for a hat-trick when we were awarded a penalty but his first shot was saved and the rebound went wide.

Well done to Nicky English, Keith Ward and all the players who have represented the side this season on what has been an incredible season.

24/03/05 - Shane On The Radio

Last night Shane Smeltz was interviewed on BBC Radio London 94.9 FM and I managed to record the show. The recording is in Real Audio format and is 2.3mb in size it lasts for around 7 minutes but you can download it here. If you wish to listen in mp3 format you can listen here this file is 3.2mb. Some more good coverage for the club on the BBC.

24/03/05 - Champions Weekender?

It possible that starting tonight we could complete the first of two championships this weekend. The Under 18's need 1 point from 2 games and tonight take on Staines Town at Kingsmeadow, when we played the away game we were 2-0 down before winning 5-3. As ever admission to the under 18's games is free and it would be nice to see a few people watching them as they enter the pursuit for a possible League and Cup Double. If you cant make the game updates will be provided of goals and half and full times.

Then on Friday we have the first of two games that could see the first team declared Champions of Ryman League Division One on Monday afternoon if results were to go in our favour. so with the long weekend ahead lets hope it a good one.

23/03/05 - Banstead On Friday

Friday afternoon and we make to the only place in the south of england that seems to have it's own weather system. Banstead Football Club or as watchers of the reserves know it "Ice Station Banstead" whilst it may be 25C and sunny everywhere else around the area the Football Ground at Banstead will be freezing cold and may even be raining, so put a scarf in your pocket you may need it.

In terms of transport the nearest train station is Tattenham Corner and the suggested journey from Wimbledon is tram across from Wimbledon to East Croydon and then get the Over ground train that departs from platform 5 or 6 to Tattenham Corner this departs at 9 minutes past the hour and takes just over 30 minutes from East Croydon.

Once at Tattenham corner it's about a mile walk and you can see the train station at the top left of the corner and football ground right and middle on the following map. The ground has two nice size bars so if you arrive early you should be able to get a drink or two.

22/03/05 - Save Some Change

On saturday you may have seen some small flat packed boxes being handed out either in the bar or outside the ground. These are the latest production fundraiser from the WUP team and have been made by one of the group. When put together (which is very easy to do) they make a nice little money box the idea is that you fill it up with change and then when full bring it to the ground and the money will be collected together, you can either take your box away or collect anew one.

If you haven't got a box yet they will be given out at the next home game, so try and collect all your loose small change together and you will be surprised how much and quickly it can be collected.

22/03/05 - Poll Reminders

The man Of The match Poll and Weekly vote are both still open. The Man Of The Match Vote will close Friday Morning so if you haven't done please do so by clicking below: -

21/03/05 - Boxing (Sun)Day

Yes I know it's Easter at the weekend but yesterday (Sunday) was a case of Boxing Day on BBC2 as they showed coverage of the ABA finals from Friday night. Two of the fights were won by the Langley twins Darren and Stuart. Darren is a big AFC Wimbledon fan and was at the game on Saturday and spoke to Ivor and the crowd on the pitch at half time. After his fight on Friday night he was interviewed by BBC Sport and after taking off his gloves he put on a shirt for the cameras yes you guessed his AFC Wimbledon shirt. The Dons Online team of Woking Jon and Strawberry managed to capture the complete programme but it came in at 36mb so I have cut it down to the Interview which now makes it at 1.4mb and you can download it by clicking here This is in Windows Media Player format.

21/03/05 - Announcement At The Weekend

With Games on Friday and Monday this Extended weekend and the probability I will be doing updates from either Horsham or Walton on Saturdays as well advance warning that an important announcement will be made on Site Saturday morning so just because we aren't playing this Saturday itmustbedons.com will still be being updated.

20/03/05 - Sunday Round Up

A Reminder of Various things going on : -

  • AMAZON Watch - As ever the ground fund is gaining when purchases are being made via the Amazon Link on this page. Don't forget to click the link and then any purchases made via the site see a contribution, the current payment period ends at the end of this month so any sales made now will see proceeds passed on very soon, already this quarter around £70 has been made so lets see if we can get that figure a bit higher.

  • Slimming Watch - The First "Dons Diet" has now been completed and 113lbs was lost by our 6 slimmer's or around 8 stone. If you sponsored any of the slimmer's please make sure that money is paid to the dons Trust marked slimmer's as soon as possible and dons diet 2 will start In April.

  • England Watch - AFC Wimbledon have had our first player called up to the England Squad from the Men's first Team, no surprise it's Rob Ursell but rather than making the premiership players look silly he will be going to Belgium after the Dorking game to play in two games against Belgium at "Futsal" which is the International five a-side version of the full game.

  • Event Watch - Three events that you may wish to take part in or let people know about.

The first is the Boxing Night this will be the second AFC Wimbledon boxing night and will take place at Sandown Park on Saturday 2nd April after the Walton & Hersham game , tickets cost £50 a head and include a 3 course meal, last years event was a brilliant evening and very popular, any additional information and places booked through the commercial department of the club.

Walk For Wimbledon 2 This is taking before the Met Police game on 9th April and starts at Plough Lane and Wimbledon Town Centre to Kingsmeadow, you don't have to undertake the whole route as it will also follow a bus route. As well as raising money for the ground fund you can request a percentage to go to two local merton charities as well this should help in you raising funds from non football people. more information can be found by emailing walk@thedonstrust.org

Family Fun Day On Sunday 15th May it's the annual Family Fun Day and it's always a brilliant day but the people who are putting the event have made the following request "FAMILY FUN DAY SUNDAY 15TH MAY - The organisers are pleased to invite voluntary organisations to take part in the event, by having their own stall or perhaps by putting on a display. Please pass this invitation on to any voluntary organisations you belong to and ask them to contact Roger Dennis on roger.dennis@thedonsrust.org"

    20/03/05 - Poll Result

The result of the poll on who you think will finish in the top two places is as follows: -

    1. AFC Wimbledon & Horsham 51 Votes (40%)
    2. AFC Wimbledon & Walton and Hersham 68 Votes (53%)
    3. Horsham & Walton & Hersham 4 Votes (3%)
    4. 1 of AFC Wimbledon/Horsham/Walton and a unnamed team 4 Votes (3%)
    5. 2 Unnamed teams 2 Votes (2%)

    20/03/05 - **** BBC SUNDAY ****

This afternoon at 13:45 the BBC 2 are having a 10 minute round up of the 2005 ABA Boxing championships, I think this was the event Amir Khan pulled out of because they wouldn't give him enough tickets. All I will say is that it may be worth watching if your an AFC fan, I will also try and get a copy to host on the site.

19/03/05 - We Can Almost Smeltz It

Even the most pessimistic of supporter must admit that it looks like we will very shortly get promotion and win the League following this demolition of 2nd Place Horsham at Kingsmeadow.

In glorious sunshine we attacked the west bank in the first half and it was only 7 minutes before we were celebrating the first goal when Shane Smeltz headed in from a corner. We were 2-0 up and cruising when on 13 minutes Shane hit the ball towards goal but it didn't look like it would go in and Richard Butler fired into an empty net.

Our 3rd goal after 28 minutes, of the half saw a typical run of Richard Butler force the keeper to the edge of the box and Richard lifted the ball over him and into the back of the net. With less than 30 minutes played thee points were in the bag.

Horsham came out second half all guns blazing as they needed to and 5 minutes into the second half pulled a goal back after a free kick on the edge of the box reached an attacker in the box he turned and fired across goal and into the back of the net. Horsham continued to push forward but we kept them out and then with 30 minutes left Rob Ursell scored a lovely goal when he fired into the top corner from around 20 yards.

After last weeks display some people said it was against a poor side but this week it was against the team who were 2nd in the table and we were a lot better than them. The simple maths is we now need 8 points to win the league, 7 if you count our superior goal difference.

19/03/05 - Top Two Matchday Service

This afternoon the top two teams in Ryman Division One meet at Kingsmeadow when we host Horsham, this has the potential to be a great game, following Walton & Hersham's slip up in the week Horsham will be looking at putting pressure on them and of course us for the automatic promotion places. Radio Wdon will be in action this afternoon as well as the Matchday updates via the link above. If you cant make the game I hope it helps in your enjoyment of the afternoon.

    18/03/05 - Two Reasons to Pre-Order

As you can see on the left hand menu I have added the button to pre-order "Take Me Home" by Everstrong if you haven't heard the track before you can now listen to a 30 second clip of the track in MP3 format by clicking the link below, if you thought that was good well a member of the "WUP team" has gone a step further and created the first Bootleg Video and it can be watched by clicking here and by going to the WUP home page you can download the video to play offline, this may be best if you want to send to people who may not see it or to view more than once although the file is an EXE file it is safe to download.

I am sure you will think both are great and if you wish to show your appreciation pre-order a copy of the single so that we can do our best to get it into the chart as high as possible in the first week, and remember all profits of the single are going to the Stadium Fund. To order just click the left hand pre-order button.

    17/03/05 - Tooting Tickets

As you may have seen the Tooting & Mitcham Game on 16th April has been made ALL-Ticket and therefore tickets must be purchased in advanced, I know some people are saying that all our away all-ticket games in the past have been changed at the last moment so you can get in on the day but this may not be the case with this game, so why risk the chance of missing out on this big game by not sending off for a ticket in advance. The details of how to get tickets are as follows: -

    Prices:
    Stand: £7, no concessions
Ground: Adults £7, Under 16s and Senior Citizens £3.

    17/03/05 - Walton Last Night

Last Night I went to the Croydon Athletic Vs Walton & Hersham game and it looks like a number of people followed the updates that I provided. In the first half Croydon Athletic seemed to lack confidence when it came to the final third of the pitch and in my opinion Walton & Hersham took a 2 goal lead against the run of play, the first goal was a goal keeping error when a free kick was taken a fair way out and near the touchline. On the stroke of half-time Croydon pulled a goal back from Matt Fowler.

The Second half was to see more drama when first Croydon Athletic leveled the score and then 2 minutes later and with 25 minutes left on the clock Croydon Athletic were awarded a penalty, the keeper was luck to stay on the pitch after he clearly pulled the player down and was the last man, matt Fowler stepped up and scored the penalty, to put Croydon 3-2 in the lead. Ten minutes Later Walton were furious with the ref when following a scramble in the box the ball either clearly hit a Croydon players hand to stop a goal or crossed the line for a goal but nothing was given and the ball was cleared.

In the closing minutes Walton pushed forward and Croydon athletic had a few chances to catch them on the break but the score finished 3-2 to Croydon Athletic and Walton will see this as important points dropped.

16/03/05 - Book Signing On Saturday

Writer David Conn will be speaking from 1.30pm in the Back Bar this Saturday 19th March just before the Horsham game. Copies of his book 'The Beautiful Game' will be on sale at £10 each (cheaper than from outside sources) with £4 from each copy going to the AFC Wimbledon ground fund. There is a large chapter in the book on our club and David is happy to sign copies on the day. David is a regular writer for the Independent and has always supported our club over the years. He is coming down from Manchester and naturally we'd like a good large attendance to show our support back so why not come down a little earlier to The Fans Stadium this Saturday to join in.

If you wish to read a review of the book you can by clicking here. Also don't forget that on Saturday you can collect your Dons Trust Membership card if you haven't done so yet and are a member. If you have any empty printer cartridges being them along and the Dons Trust will re-cycle them and also provide additional funds for the Stadium fund

    14/03/05 - Re-Selling Seats

On Saturday morning Main Stand Season ticket holders should of received a letter about a trial scheme of re-selling seat tickets where the holder knows they wont be attending that game, and going by the vouchers handed in on Saturday for the Horsham game it looks like it's something that could be of benefit and mean additional seats will be on sale for games.

As ever the seats for home games go on sale to postal applicants on the Monday before the game.

    14/03/05 - Dons Trust Election

As you may have seen either on the Official Site or via an e-mail that I think was sent to all Dons Trust Members who have provided an e-mail address the results of the last Dons Trust election have had to be re-counted after a substantial number of voting forms had been held by the post office.

As well as the voting forms included were membership forms and these are being processed at the moment. All Dons Trust Members are now getting membership cards so you can see your membership number and when membership needs to be renewed easily.

If you haven't seen the full story please click here.

    13/03/05 - New Poll Question

    2. More Banked Terracing In The West Bank 15 Votes (10%)
    3. More Banked Terracing In The John Smith's Stand 21 Votes (13%)
    4. A Roof On The Athletics End 117 Votes (75%)

    Thanks to everyone who voted.

New Poll - With the league table seeming to suggest that the promotion places could be between ourselves, Horsham and Walton & Hersham I have added a new poll based on who you think will be in the top two places. I have also included an unnamed team option. to cast you vote please click here.

Walk For Wimbledon 2 This is taking before the Met Police game on 9th April and starts at Plough Lane and Wimbledon Town Centre to Kingsmeadow, you don't have to undertake the whole route as it will also follow a bus route. 12/03/05 - No Stinker Today

Over the past few weeks a number of people have been saying how we have been unable to score enough goals and therefore guarantee more emphatic wins or even convert draws into victories but today the players went out smelling goals and it was only 3 minutes on the clock when Antony Howard headed in from a corner to put us 1-0 up. We had to wait a further 27 minutes for the second goal of the afternoon but it was well worth the wait as Shane Smeltz fired in a brilliant goal from 25 yards. Eight minutes Later it was almost a repeat time but this time Richard Butler scored a stunning goal to put us 3-0 up but the scoring for the first half wasn't over as with 4 minutes left on the clock Richard Butler scored his second of the day and his 20th League goal of the season and we went in 4-0 at half time.

You had to be back quick for the second half to see our 5th goal of the afternoon as Smeltz scored his second after the newport keeper couldn't hold on to the ball. Smeltz had an excellent chance for a debut hat-trick when we were awarded a penalty after Leon McDowall was fouled in the area but his effort was saved by the Newport Keeper. Robert Ursell also had an effort that fired off the underside of the bar and was adjudged not to have crossed the line. so the final score was 5-0 to us and a brilliant all round display.

Four players made there AFC Wimbledon Kingsmeadow debut's today they were Lewis Hamilton, Joe Vines, Sonny Farr and Shane Smeltz and all had very good games and look like they will all be of valuable benefit at this important part of the season.

    11/03/05 - Player Moves

The official site has details of a number of player movements both in and out's so worth having a read of all the details, and the reason's why by clicking here. One of the names that is in the squad for tomorrows game is Mark King, Mark has spent the season playing for the Under 18's and in the last few weeks has progressed into the reserves as well, scoring a hat-trick on Wednesday night against Epsom and Ewell in a 4-3 victory.

Mark is a great lad and although missed a number of the Under 18's games due to injury is a great prospect, last season he was even playing for Walton & Hersham's reserve side at the age of 16, and in fact scored the winner in a reserve semi final against us.

    10/03/05 - Under 18's Draw

The Under 18's drew tonight for the first time this season against Corinthian Casuals. In a game that we didn't play anywhere near our best we played the final 46 minutes when the Corinthian Casuals goal keeper was sent off for a bad challenge outside the box on Bradley Drake.

But almost straight from the restart Casuals were awarded a penalty and converted to take the lead. Approximately 10 minutes later they doubled the advantage when they beat an offside trap and converted nicely.

With around 10 minutes left we pulled a goal back when Bradley Drake Scored and then in the final minute of the game George Carlin scored to mean we are a point closer to the title.

    10/03/05 - Under 18's Tonight

The Under 18's have a chance to win the League tonight when they take on Corinthian Casuals Under 18's at Kingsmeadow in a 19:45 kick off. When the two teams met earlier in the season we came away with a 3-2 victory in a very entertaining game.

Admission is free and so if you can come along to the game to cheer the lads on I know it will be appreciated.

At Under 18's games I am always running around and do miss a fair amount of the game, but I will do my best to provide updates to the update page during the game, this will be a minimum of Goal updates and possibly a fairly full service.

Click on the Matchday link above from around 19:30 to keep up to date with the action.

09/03/05 - Sutton In The Semi Final

As mentioned last night Sutton United beat Egham 2-1 in the Surrey Senior Cup and so we will travel to Gander Green Lane for the semi final. The Surrey FA Website says that the game is due to be played between the 21/03/05 and 05/04/05 as soon as the game is confirm I will add it to the fixture list and calendar.

    08/03/05 - One Game Tonight

The only league game tonight is Walton & Hersham Vs Dorking and the predictions give a 2-1 home victory using League Pad and the spreadsheet a 1-0 home victory. The result will be added and updated league tables once the score is in. UPDATE Result Walton& Hersham 5 Dorking 0. The Tables have been updated.

Also in the Surrey Senior cup Semi Final we will visit Gander Green Lane after they won 2-1 at Egham tonight.

The man Of the match Poll for the Molesey game is still open so if you haven't voted yet please do so by clicking the link below: -

    07/03/05 - Ursell Watch

Rob Ursell tonight played the full 90 minutes in the Ryman League Vs FA Centenary game in which The FA Ended up 3-2 winners. The FA teams was a Conference South based side.

Rob was played wide on the left for the game but started the move that lead to Ryman's second goal and at the time 2-1 lead with a lovely cross into the box. The good news is that it was a very laid back game and it didn't loo like Rob picked up any sort of injury.

    06/03/05 - New Poll Question

I have now closed last weeks poll which was "When the season comes to an end how many points will the top team be ahead of the second place team?" and the result is as follows: -

    1. Goal Difference 0 (0%)
    2. 1 Point 0 (0%)
    3. 2 points 2 (3%)
    4. 3 points 3 (4%)
    5. 4 or 5 points 9 (11%)
    6. 6 - 10 points 39 (49%)
    7. 11 - 15 points 24 (30%)
    8. 16 - 20 points 1 (1%)
    9. More than 21 Points 1 (1%)

Thanks to everyone who voted, and below are details of the new poll now running.

"If Ground Improvements were to be undertaken before next season which one do you think is most important?" This poll is for reference and doesn't mean that are of these are being undertaken or planned between now and next season. The Four options you have are as follows: -

  • Roof Extended Over Main Stand (No Extra Seats)

    06/03/05 - Target Top Six

The figures for Target Top Six have been updated and I have added a new graph that will just concentrate on the final 11 games of the season. The complex figures show that sixth places in the table will need 75 points but as we don't include goal difference I have put the figure in as 76 but in theory we could of already reached the first target.

If you haven't seen Target Top Six before click the link at the top or below and you can see the figures in full.

    05/03/05 - No Molehill Today

A game that for most the afternoon looked like it could finish without a goal was altered on 66 minutes when a Rob Ursell cross was chested over the line by Leon McDowall with his first touch after coming on just 2 minutes earlier.

Once again it looks like we have a number of players who have come out the game with injuries and the worst seems to be Mark Cooper but also Andy Frost who had a pre-match fitness test looked like he was replaced due to injury. Michael Woolner also got clattered. Richard Butler was fouled in the box and the ref booked him for diving but in the end we got the important result. Walton won and Horsham's game was called off so we are now 14 points clear but have played more games than the other teams.

    05/03/05 - Molesey Matchday Service

This afternoon we visit Molesey in the league and the text updates will be in operation from around 14:30 with the team news, so if you cant make the game I hope that helps you keep in touch will all the action that takes place.

The Tooting & Mitcham website is reporting that our game on 16th April 2005 is all-ticket and although prices are being held no concessions will be offered for the main stand.

This was always going to be a popular game and I am sure as soon as it is known how tickets will be available for sale details will be on the Official Site.

    03/03/05 - Travel On Saturday

On Saturday we visit Molesey and the nearest Train Station is Hampton Court but on Saturday more major track works are once again taking place and therefore no trains are running to Hampton Court.

A Bus replacement service will be running from Tolworth station and the Chessington South Service that departs Wimbledon at 22 and 52 minutes past the hour connects with the bus service. the total journey time is 50 minutes and then it's about a 1.5 mile walk to the ground. From Hampton Court station you can get a 411 bus or walk down the B3379 and then turn down the B369 and that leads to the ground. The first part of the map can be viewed here and the second here.

    02/03/05 - AFCW 2 CPFC 0

Not really a lot needs to be said than what is above as it doesn't matter what strength side Palace put out it was a side they thought was capable to beat up.

The first goal was a cracker from Andy Frost who fired home from the edge of the box with a powerful left foot shot that had the keeper beaten and almost took the back of the net out. This was scored on the 50 minute mark and was a reward for all out hard work in the first half.

Then on 73 minutes Mark Jones picked up the ball on the half-way line and headed towards goal he kept going forward and then fired in a shot but on route Richard Butler managed to get to it and change the direct and leave the keeper stranded and the game was over.

So if you cant make the game click on the Matchday link above and you will be able to read the updates from the game.

    01/03/05 - 3 Points For Title

The Under 18's need a maximum of 3 points to win the Southern Youth League Eastern Division in there first season.

Under the leadership of Nicky English and Keith Ward they defeated 2nd placed Godalming & Guildford 4-0 last night away, it now means that Godalming & Guildford would need to win all remaining games this season with us only picking up 2 more points.

The next Under 18's game is Thursday 10th March at Kingsmeadow when we take on Corinthian Casuals so if you can make it down to the game please come along and see a number of players who have already played for the reserves and we could be seeing a lot more over the next couple of years.
