04/06/2000 As previously mentioned their will be a meeting on Wednesday night regarding WISA the venue is still to be announced but will be known by Monday evening and I will post it on here as soon I here. the following is the text from Laurence Lowne current co-ordinator of WISA if you are unable to attend but want to raise any points e-mail me and I will raise them.Hi everyone As the dust settles on a traumatic season, we must learn from the experience and emerge stronger. We have challenges ahead in which we must unite the club as the supporters did during those last few games and lead the players back to the Premier Division. Part of this lead is the change required within WISA to address certain key issues, which are reflected within our declared aims. These aims perhaps need amending in the light of the fact that Sam Hammam is no longer part of the club and we are now led by Messrs Rokke and Gjelsten. To this end we will be having a meeting this coming Wednesday the 7th June 2000 in Wimbledon - the venue is yet to be confirmed, but we shall have sufficient time for the meeting and an adjournment to the pub at the conclusion of the evening. Nothing will be cut and dried at this meeting, but I would ask you to attend, if you feel you wish to be part of WISA's driving force over the next couple of years. It is envisaged that further meetings will take place during the summer prior to a formal AGM/EGM to elect a committee, officers plus a structure including a constitution. Everything until now has been very ad-hoc, we wish to see a more professional approach to WISA's remit. We ask you to attend and to also inform other supporters who perhaps do not have access to either email or the WISA chat Site of this very important meeting. An outline Agenda will be posted late on Monday night with confirmation of the venue in Wimbledon on the WISA Chat site plus by email. WISA Chat can be found as follows:
